Refund Policy
When you get your money back, how refunds are paid, and how SLA credits work.
- Cancel before delivery: full refund to your balance
- Full refund if a server isn’t delivered within 24 hours
- Full refund if a server is faulty on delivery and we can’t fix it
- Refunds credited to your balance instantly, or sent in crypto on request
01
Ordering a server
Servers are paid from your account balance when you deploy them. You top up that balance in crypto (BTC, ETH, XMR, USDT on TRC-20 or SOL); card payments are currently unavailable. Until your server is delivered, you can cancel it from your client area and the full price goes straight back to your balance.
02
Delivery guarantee
If your server is not delivered within 24 hours after payment, or is faulty on delivery and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, you can cancel and receive a full refund of that month.
03
Monthly fees
Once a server has been delivered, the current month is not refundable, except under the delivery guarantee above or where the law requires it. You can turn auto-renew off at any time to stop the next renewal — the server then runs until the end of the paid month.
04
SLA credits
Credits under our Service Level Agreement are added to your account balance and are not paid out in cash. Top-up bonus credit is never refunded or paid out.
05
How refunds are paid
Refunds are credited to your account balance immediately. On request, a refund can instead be sent in the cryptocurrency you topped up with, at the USD value refunded and converted on the refund date, to a wallet address you give us on the same network; network fees are deducted.
06
Consumers
If you are a consumer, you ask us to start the service immediately after payment. This does not reduce any statutory rights you have under the law of your country.
07
Requesting a refund
Use our billing form with your order reference (for example LCD-7F3K9Q) or top-up reference (for example TU-7F3K9Q2M).
