Support questions
All questionsWhy are tickets only for customers with an active server?
So engineers spend their time on live machines. Everything you need before buying — specs, prices, locations, payment and policies — is public on this site, and a server is online in under 5 minutes with no setup fee and no contract.
How fast do you reply?
Engineers answer around the clock, every day of the year. Tickets marked urgent — a server that’s down or unreachable — page the on-call engineer and are handled first.
Is there phone, email or live chat?
No. Every request goes through a ticket in your client area: the server’s details are attached, nothing gets lost in an inbox, and you keep the full history.
Can I upgrade my server later?
Yes. Our seven configurations are sold at fixed public prices. With an active server, open an “Upgrade” ticket for extra IPv4 addresses or a move to a bigger plan.
I forgot my password.
Use your recovery key at Reset password — plus your two-factor code if it’s on. The key is shown when you create your account, and you can create a new one in Settings.
Something is wrong with a payment.
Top-ups are credited automatically after network confirmation, and late or partial payments are still detected while the address is watched. The payment page shows exactly what’s missing.
